I advise anyone setting an appointment with the Odon family dentistry to be prepared for a rude staff, a long wait, and a Dr who doesn't have time to answer your questions or address your concerns. I had a procedure done that I had never had before and had some basic questions, the Dr said she'd be back and then never returned to talk to me...
Rude and disrespectful staff. I had concerns over billing and they never returned my calls. They add charges and procedures on without telling you and then charge you for it later, without consulting you or informing you first. I would not recommend this dentist.
The staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable :) also the wait period was not very long.
