So disappointed, spent $18,000 on a rebuild ( yes one diesel engine). pulleys from new Jasper engine. Had to have truck towed , after asking for a refund for the repair and tow costs. I spent several hours in a day providing video, receipts, and explanation. I was told they would refund 1/2 if i could supply the broken parts. Jeremy Wagler- sorry, I was to busy getting my truck with your engine towed, and paying for repairs to ask the mechanic for the broken parts. I paid for a Cadillac job , and got Walmart service. So Upset- buyer beware. Maybe tractor pull less and help clients more.
